Frequently asked questions

Can I just have one session to see if it’s what I want?

Absolutely. You can only benefit from mentoring when you fully commit to it. You could have one initial session, then come back after a month, or three, it’s up to you!

Do I have to come to your office?

No, all appointments are done remotely using Zoom or similar. Should there be a need, I could visit your place of work, or we can meet face to face in a designated meeting centre.

How long does mentoring last?

For as long as you want or need it to. Maybe until the end of a project or challenge. You may also decide that regular 3 monthly appointments would be beneficial. Or perhaps, every now and again. All I ask is that, you remain committed to the point when your goal has been obtained. The objective is to reach the outcome that you desire. The speed at which this happens will depend on you. That’s something we can discuss at our first meeting.

How much time will I need to set aside for a session?

The first session is longer, up to 90 minutes. This is to allow you time, to tell me about your situation, and for me ask questions, and take some basic notes. We can then identify, what you wish to achieve from your sessions. We will then agree on a strategy.

Second and subsequent sessions, are up to an hour. On your second sessions we’ll work on a strategy, a plan of action, and take it from there!

Remember, you have a free phone call in the very beginning, so, please call me for an initial chat. I would love to speak with you!
